Wholesale ordering terms for EU Souvenirs B2B partners.

1. Scope

These terms apply to wholesale (B2B) orders placed through the EU Souvenirs B2B portal by approved retailers.

2. Accounts and access

Access is granted to approved retail partners. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for orders placed under your account.

3. Orders

• Prices are shown excluding VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Products have minimum order quantities and order multiples, which the portal enforces.
• Submitting an order sends it to our team for processing. An order becomes binding once we confirm it.

4. Delivery and payment

Delivery and payment terms are set out in your customer arrangement or order confirmation.

5. Returns and complaints

If something is wrong with your order, contact us at orders@eusouvenirs.eu as soon as possible.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the portal after changes means you accept them.

7. Governing law

These terms and any disputes are governed by the laws of Czech Republic.
